Order online through the site

When you click "Buy", the product you selected will automatically go to the cart, where you can continue ordering.

Next to "Buy" there is a button "Order in one click!" - function of instant order and prompt response to which you are interested. Write your name, phone number and our manager will call you back at the same time.

Via e-mail

You send a request to aa@alterair.ua - e-mail address of our company. Write the name of the product, quantity and other questions that interest you details or questions. Our manager will contact you and help you place your order.

You can place an order on the alterair.ua website around the clock.

Make an order from 9:00 - we will contact you as soon as possible during the day.

Make an order after 18:00 - we will contact you the next day from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Warning!

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) will be processed on Monday until 11:00 am. 

When ordering, it is preferable to indicate the desired option of receiving the goods: delivery, pickup.

Shipping DELIVERY

We will deliver the equipment across Kiev the next day after ordering, provided that the goods are in stock.

We will contact you in advance to agree on the exact delivery time. Additionally, the courier will notify you of delivery an hour before arrival.

Cost of courier delivery:

• Delivery across Kiev - 100 UAH.
• Free delivery across Kiev when ordering goods for 5000 UAH and more
• For delivery outside Kyiv (suburbs) there is a tariff - 5 UAH / km from the checkpoint.

Delivery of goods is carried out to the entrance. You can order delivery to the apartment for an additional fee. It depends on the dimensions of the equipment.

If your plans have changed and you will not be able to pick up the goods at the previously specified address or at the appointed time, please notify our manager. We will do our best to make the delivery at a time and place convenient for you.

For delivery of goods across Ukraine we concluded contracts with postal carriers "New mail", "Justin". We officially cooperate with reliable companies, which have branches even in small settlements. We insure the goods before shipping. The equipment of any dimensions is delivered in good quality and in the shortest possible time.

Delivery is carried out within 2-3 days.

You pay the delivery cost upon receipt of the order. The price depends on the carrier's fare and the size of the parcel. At your request, we can provide one invoice for payment, which will include the cost of both orders and delivery. We will settle the issue of payment for delivery with the carrier, and you only have to pick up the goods.

To pick up the goods from the post office you need to provide proof of identity.
